Lauren, Owner of Happy Health Nutrition, LLC has worked with people with kidney disease since 2010. In 2021, Lauren started Happy Health Nutrition to increase access to nutrition counseling for people with kidney disease and to prevent progression of CKD.
Lauren’s passion is working with individuals of all stages of kidney health and helping them feel more confident with CKD, but also addressing any other health issues. Lauren feels strongly that nutrition should benefit our whole body, not just one specific issue. Lauren is also a national speaker, recipe developer, writer, and is a part of advisory boards.

Karina Tolentino
RD, CHWC
Karina is a California-based dietitian and health coach who provides counseling for people living with chronic kidney disease, general nutrition and wellness. Her approach to nutrition includes showing you that making diet changes to improve your health can be enjoyable and sustainable throughout your life.
She encourages autonomy in healthcare and supports you in making nutrition decisions that align with your values.
Karina enjoys mastering new recipes, trying new cuisines, and swimming.
